In 2015 an opportunity arose to purchase the properties “Lanterns”, and “Oak House”, on Hollybush Hill in Stoke Poges, South Buckinghamshire. Furthermore, four more plots were purchased in the back gardens of existing properties. Fairfield Properties successfully achieved planning permission in the back land development for 9 additional houses, which were subsequently developed.
