Field view was a run down three bedroom detached house which had not been lived in for several years. Fairfield purchased the property and gained planning permission to almost double the size of the house to approximately 2400 square ft, and carried out a full renovation of the property to our usual high specification. As a result the house sold within two weeks of being advertised!
